STILLTRACE

STILLTRACE is a single-player top-down survival horror game set in an infected sector. The player is based at one of the last safe outposts, where a beacon is still transmitting, and must leave that base to search for ammunition, medicine and spare parts while managing limited resources.

Exploration takes the player through abandoned locations, following radio signals to decide which risks are worth taking. Scavenged supplies can be used to upgrade equipment, fortify the base and improve its defensive turrets, which are then used to protect the beacon against attacks that grow more dangerous over time.

The game features optional stories, encounters and mysteries to uncover. According to the developer, not every event will occur twice, some storylines will not wait for the player, and certain choices may have consequences that only surface much later.
