Strip Mall Simulator
Strip Mall Simulator is a business management game in which the player begins with a single corner store and expands it into a strip mall. Progress comes from opening additional businesses, managing inventory and employees, and unlocking new merchandise to sell. There are four storefront types available: a convenience market, a clothing store, a tech shop and a jewellery store, and revenue grows through purchasing and running more than one of them.
In the early stages, the player carries out every task themselves, including serving customers and stocking shelves. As the operation expands, staff can be hired to take over cashier duties, stocking, cleaning and inventory management. The game can be played alone or in co-op with up to four players, with friends able to divide the shop floor between them or one player running all four stores.
Once the businesses are generating sufficient income, the player has the option to purchase the lot outright, which removes the ongoing rent payments.
