STUNTBOOST

STUNTBOOST is a time-based racing game in which the player controls a fingerboard on cardboard tracks laid out around a house. Each level is a skate-influenced course, and the aim is to reach the end as quickly as possible. Runs can be replayed and refined to shave off time and earn medals, which in turn unlock additional rooms in the home containing new levels and abilities.

Movement relies on maintaining momentum. Performing large jumps, grinds and flips provides a boost, and the player can also manipulate gravity to dive while airborne or dash downhill. There is no cap on how fast the board can travel, so speed is limited only by what the player can control. Levels also contain collectibles and hidden shortcuts for those who choose to explore rather than take the obvious route.

Each level has its own online leaderboard, and players can compare times with friends and attempt to beat their scores. The setting draws on childhood imagery, with tracks built from cardboard and located in the rooms of a home.
