The Solyani’s Code

The Solyani’s Code is a 3D sci-fi adventure set on Selene, a moon with its own settlements and ancient ruins. Players control Elara, a young maintenance technician who works in a lunar greenhouse. After she picks up a mysterious signal, she sets out through alien ruins and old temples to learn what the Solyani, an ancient civilisation, sealed away beneath the surface. She is joined by Luma, a glowing companion whose origins are also unclear.

Combat involves dodging, special abilities and active support from Luma. Luma’s powers are also central to the game’s environmental puzzles and platforming sections. Exploration takes place across a range of lunar biomes as well as temples and Solyani ruins, some of which present hostile conditions. A potion crafting system lets players prepare for extreme environments.

Outside the main story, side quests involve helping settlers, researchers and rogue robots across Selene. Players can also drive a rover and take part in time-attack challenges based on high-speed traversal. The story mixes mystery with a lightly ironic tone and includes dialogue choices. The game was created by a single developer and has passed 10 user reviews on Steam, where it currently holds a Positive rating.
