Tombstone Showdown

Tombstone Showdown is an online multiplayer trivia game themed around the frontier town of Tombstone. One player hosts a game and shares a join code, allowing friends or members of a community to enter the same lobby. The host selects the question categories and the difficulty level before the match begins.

The game draws on a collection of thousands of trivia questions covering multiple categories and difficulty tiers. Scoring takes both accuracy and speed into account: answering correctly is required, but answering quickly improves a player’s Quick Draw time and affects their position on the scoreboard. At the end of a match, a single player is declared the winner based on the final standings.

Players choose an avatar before the match, and that character is shown in the lobby, during the questions and in the final results. The developer positions the game towards casual group sessions, such as game nights and community trivia events, with a focus on being straightforward to set up and join.
