Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter continues the story of Estelle and Joshua, who have become senior bracers after helping to end the coup d’état in the Kingdom of Liberl. On the eve of the Queen’s Birthday Festival, Joshua reveals details of his past and then disappears. Estelle sets out on a journey across the continent to find him, carrying his harmonica. Along the way she and her allies face Ouroboros, a society that moves against Liberl, and a crisis that includes a burning capital, a large airship and a threat known as the Shining Ring.

Combat uses an orbment system, which gives characters access to Arts. The game adds new Crafts and S-Crafts, and introduces Brave Rush, which lets players link characters’ attacks during Quick Battles. Players who have clear data from the 1st Chapter can carry it over to receive bonus items that help with progress through the story.

Additional content includes fishing and poker minigames, cooking with companions, and several characters from the series who can join the party as playable members. Four new DLC items have recently been added on Steam.
