ZeroPrompt
ZeroPrompt places the player in the role of a Verification Operator working for a company called Syndicate, tasked with deciding who is allowed to exist on the internet. The setting is a network overrun with spam, advertising, and AI-generated content, and the player’s job is to identify and ban artificial intelligences while restoring access to genuine humans.
Gameplay centres on interviewing hand-crafted NPCs powered by live local language models. Using investigation tools, logical traps, and document analysis, the player questions each case, cross-references documents, traces IPs, and looks for inconsistencies or machine-like response patterns. Outcomes include accepting applicants as human, declining suspicious cases, or terminating confirmed AI threats. NPCs include panicked refugees, corporate spies, and malfunctioning bots that may argue, plead, or attempt to deceive the operator.
All AI models used in the game run locally on the player’s machine rather than through cloud services, meaning conversations are not transmitted externally and no internet connection is required after the initial download. The game requires a minimum of 6GB of VRAM to run.
