DIG Raiders: Anomaly Extraction

DIG Raiders: Anomaly Extraction is a mining adventure that can be played solo or in co-op with up to four players. The premise follows contractors who have taken on heavy debt to purchase a plot of land above an alien spacecraft that crashed beneath a city, and who now dig for the treasures buried underground. Play involves digging with a pickaxe, placing explosives and progressing through nine underground levels in search of aliens and hidden loot.

The story mode is built around co-op quests with absurd and comedic elements. Aliens encountered during play can be captured and put to work, taking on heavy labour for the player. Alongside the co-op mode, a 4v4 treasure hunt mode pits two teams against each other, with each side attempting to extract the loot it has gathered. Players collect loot, upgrade their equipment and unlock additional playable characters as they progress.

Above ground, the game includes management elements. Aliens can be assigned to an industrial zone to produce resources, and players can build automated assembly lines. Resources discovered underground can be used to construct an Entertainment Street. The game also features seven animal suits, each of which grants different stat boosts such as movement speed, health and damage.
