Dreadloop is a turn-based RPG set in a dark-fantasy world of endless war, where players recruit allies and undead to break a cycle of fear and despair.

Dreadloop is a turn-based RPG set in a dark-fantasy world shaped by an endless war. Players explore the ruins of a fallen kingdom, encountering bandits, undead and ancient horrors while uncovering the history that led to the realm’s collapse. The game combines top-down exploration with turn-based combat in a single-player experience.

Characters can recruit bandits, control the undead or hire goblin mercenaries, forming teams from those they encounter. Each character has a distinct skill tree with unique abilities, traits and talents, allowing for varied builds such as spellcasters, melee fighters or necromancers. Combat includes status effects such as bleeding, poison and fire, which can be combined across abilities. Equipment can also grant additional abilities beyond a character’s learned skills.

Players can save team compositions as presets for quick reuse in later encounters. The game features a hand-crafted world with secrets, shortcuts and gear to discover. It contains no microtransactions, paywalls or forced online connection.
