Mars Attracts

Mars Attracts is a theme park management game based in the Mars Attacks universe. Players take on the role of a Martian CEO tasked with building and running an amusement park on Mars, constructing human enclosures, rides, and amenities while managing finances, staff, and guest satisfaction.

The game involves launching abduction missions to Earth to capture humans from different historical periods, including figures such as Julius Caesar, Cleopatra, and Date Masamune. Each human has individual traits and preferences, and players must gather knowledge of different eras to design enclosures suited to their captives, using decor items obtained through expeditions. Security teams and defences can be hired and built to manage unhappy or rampaging humans.

Park management features include assigning porters to maintain supply chains, setting prices, and taking out loans through a financial system. Completing missions and inspections earns approval from Martian board members. A research tree allows players to unlock new buildings and staff abilities by performing experiments on captive humans, with additional options to dissect humans for decorative items, build torture devices, and sell merchandise made from human body parts.
