RPG System

RPG System is a virtual tabletop application designed for running tabletop role-playing game sessions online. It provides tools for a Game Master to build campaign settings and for players to take part in the same adventure together over a network connection.

The software supports both detailed 3D environments and 2D maps, allowing a group to move between different presentation styles depending on the scene. Within these spaces, users can manage characters and creatures, roll dice and progress through scenarios such as exploring ruins, travelling across hostile terrain or staging combat encounters.

Rather than supplying a fixed campaign, RPG System is built around user-created content. The Game Master shapes the world and leads the players through it, with the application acting as a shared space for the group’s own stories and rules.
