Starbase Tactics

Starbase Tactics is a one-versus-one strategy autobattler built around short, competitive matches. Each match centres on planning, scouting, timing and tactical decisions, with the structure intended to keep individual choices clear and readable.

Players begin by choosing a faction, then build a base, manage production and economy, and research upgrades that determine the shape of their army. Scouting is part of the loop: players observe what the opponent is doing, work out their strategy and adjust their own plan in response. The timing of the final engagement is left to the player, and launching it early can force an opponent to fight before their preparations are complete.

Before combat, players select tactical abilities that can be used during the battle to protect their own forces, disrupt the enemy, change the flow of the fight or secure a final attack. The game also includes a Ranked Beta mode with faction-based ranks, in which players progress up a ladder one match at a time.
